Based on Royal Decree 18/2018 Establishing the Oman College of Health Sciences and the Higher Institute of Health Specialties and Issuing Their System,
the Academic Regulation of the Higher Institute of Health Specialties issued by Decision 2/2019,
and the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Oman College of Health Sciences and the Higher Institute of Health Specialties,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The provisions of the attached Academic Regulation of the Higher Institute of Health Specialties hereby apply.
Article II
The attached Academic Regulation of the Higher Institute of Health Specialties applies to students enrolled in the study of academic programmes at the institute as of the academic year 2024/2025. As for students enrolled in the study of academic programmes at the institute before the aforementioned academic year, the provisions of the regulations that were applicable at the time they enrolled in study apply to them.
Article III
The aforementioned Academic Regulation of the Higher Institute of Health Specialties is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached regulation or in conflict with its provisions.
Article IV
This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
