Categories Ministerial Decision Tax Authority: Decision 49/2024 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Tax Authority Post author By admin Post date December 18, 2024 Arabic Based on Royal Decree 66/2019 Establishing the Tax Authority, Royal Decree 42/2020 promulgating the System of the Tax Authority and Approving Its Organisational Structure, the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020, and the approval of the Council of Ministers, and in pursuance of public interest, it is hereby decided Article I The organisational structure of the Tax Authority is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex. Article II All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed. Article III This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
