Based on Royal Decree 97/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,
Ministerial Decision 13/2012 Determining the Fees for Services, Tests, and Analyses Performed by the Directorate General of Standards and Metrology,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
A new clause numbered 8 is hereby added to “First: Issuance of Certificates and Documents” of Schedule 1 “Fees for Services Performed by the Quality Control Directorate and the Standards and Metrology Directorates and Sections” attached to the aforementioned Ministerial Decision 13/2012, as follows:| No | Service | Fees in Rial Omani |

Article II
New clauses numbered 7, 8, and 9 are hereby added to “Fourth: Miscellaneous Services” from Schedule 1 “Fees for Services Performed by the Quality Control Directorate and the Standards and Metrology Directorates and Sections” attached to the aforementioned Ministerial Decision 13/2012, as follows:| No | Service | Fees in Rial Omani |

Article III

Article I
The annual leave of the municipal councils shall be for a period of two months starting from Sunday, 2 July 2023.
Article II
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
