We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Oil and Minerals Law promulgated by Royal Decree 42/74,
the collection of documents by which Denerco Oil Company changed its name to Altinex Oil Denmark AS,
and the collection of documents by which Altinex Oil Denmark AS assigned all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 9 February 2003 (Blocks 3 and 4) to Tethys Oil AB, which accepts this assignment,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The assignment by Altinex Oil Denmark AS of all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 9 February 2003 to Tethys Oil AB is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Ambassador Dr Qasim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Salhi, Our ambassador to the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Chad.Article II

the Public Prosecution Law promulgated by Royal Decree 92/99,
the Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Royal Decree 97/99,
Royal Decree 21/2003 Establishing the State Security Court and Appointing Its President,
Royal Decree 63/2003 regarding the National Security Council,
the Law of the State Security Court promulgated by Royal Decree 64/2003,
and Royal Decree 89/2004 Amending Some Provisions of the Law of the State Security Court,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned Royal Decree 21/2003 Establishing the State Security Court and Appointing Its President, the Law of the State Security Court promulgated by Royal Decree 64/2003, and Royal Decree 89/2004 Amending Some of the Provisions of the Law of the State Security Court, are hereby repealed.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Ambassador Yahya bin Moosa bin Issa Al-Bakri, Our ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Burundi and the Republic of Uganda.
Article II
Ambassador Dr Qasim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Salhi, Our ambassador to the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
Article III
Ambassador Ahmed bin Barakat bin Abdullah Al-Ibrahim, Our ambassador to the Republic of Senegal, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of the Gambia, the Republic of Guinea, and the Republic of Cape Verde.
Article IV
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
