We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law of the Administrative Court promulgated by Royal Decree 91/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A primary court circuit is hereby established for the Administrative Court, the seat of which is in the city of Salalah and the scope of its jurisdiction is the Governorate of Dhofar.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the petroleum agreement signed on 30 April 2006 between the Minister of Oil and Gas on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and BG International Limited,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 30 April 2006 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and BG International Limited is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
