We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Protocol Relating to the Authentic Six-Language Text of the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago, 1944),

and the Protocol Relating to an Amendment to the Convention on International Civil Aviation signed in Montreal on 1 October 1998,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned protocols are hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Statutes of the World Tourism Organization,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Statutes of the World Tourism Organization is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the mentioned statutes in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Maritime Law issued by Royal Decree 35/81 and its amendments,

the Law Governing Maritime Navigation in Territorial Waters issued by Royal Decree 98/81,

and the concession agreement for maritime navigational aid services in Omani territorial waters signed on 23 July 2003 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Arabian Maritime and Navigation Aids Services (AMNAS),

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned concession agreement signed on 23 July 2003 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Arabian Maritime and Navigation Aids Services (AMNAS) is hereby approved.

Article II

The Minister of Transport and Communications is hereby authorised to amend the fees stipulated in article 11 and annex 5 of the mentioned concession agreement in the cases that require this, after the approval of the Ministry of Finance.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
