We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 44/74 Establishing the Financial Affairs Council and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby appointed a member of the Financial Affairs Council.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Ambassador Said bin Khalifa bin Mohammed Al-Busaidi, Our ambassador to the Republic of Italy, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Hellenic Republic.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
