We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

Royal Decree 47/81 Issuing the Corporate Income Tax Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 53/88 Issuing the Muscat Securities Market Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached provisions governing gulf investment shall apply.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

Royal Decree 55/93 Concerning the Systems of Educational Institutes Subordinate to the Ministry of Health

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and Royal Decree 19/88 Issuing the Statute of the Institute of Health Sciences, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The statutes of educational institutes subordinate to the Ministry of Health must be issued by a decision by the Minister of Health.

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 19/88 is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication. Issued on: 2 Rabi Al-Thani 1414 Corresponding to: 18 September 1993
