Arabic 

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

Royal Decree 51/77 Establishing Oman Housing Bank,

the constitutive contract and the articles of association of the bank, 

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Oman Housing Bank as representatives of the stake of the government:

– Director General of Expenditure Review in Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

– Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs in Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

– Deputy Director of the Treasury Department in Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby granted to Ahmed Reda Said Abdulmajeed.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 30 June 1993.

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Labour Organization is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification in accordance with the statute of the organisation.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 82/93 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Ahmed bin Sultan Al-Hosni is hereby appointed Head of Administrative Affairs in the Diwan of Royal Court.

Article II

Engineer Mahmoud bin Abdulnabi Makki is hereby appointed Head of Agriculture and Veterinary Affairs in the Diwan of Royal Court.

Article III

Engineer Mohsen bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Sheikh is hereby appointed Head of Projects and Maintenance Affairs in the Diwan of Royal Court.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, Ali bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Tamimi is hereby transferred to the special grade and appointed Advisor to the Ministry of Oil and Minerals.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
