We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Arab Agreement for Facilitating the Transfer of Arab Cultural Production opened for signature at the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Permanent Representative of the Sultanate to the League of Arab States—Our Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt—is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Arab Agreement for Facilitating the Transfer of Arab Cultural Production.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the draft Basic Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO),

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Commerce and Industry is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Basic Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 98/85 Appointing an Executive President for the Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Abdullah bin Said bin Humaid Al-Shuaili is hereby appointed Executive President of the Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products.

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 98/85 is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 80/81 Appointing a President for the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Hamad bin Mohammed bin Hamdan Al-Sharji is hereby granted the special grade and appointed President of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal.

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 80/81 is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Article II

Ambassador Rashid bin Nasser bin Sulaiman Al-Lamki—Our ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Gabonese Republic.

Article III

Ambassador Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zahir Al-Hinai—Our ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Article IV

Ambassador Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Rasbi—Our ambassador to the Republic of Italy—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Republic of Romania, the Republic of Malta, and the Hellenic Republic.

Article V

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The competent entities may seize, through direct execution, land and all establishments on them, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.
