We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United States of America concerning Employment of Spouses of Official Employees signed in the city of Muscat on 18 April 2022,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law of the Administrative Court promulgated by Royal Decree 91/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments to the aforementioned Law of the Administrative Court shall be implemented.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree and the attached amendments, or in conflict with their provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Royal Decree 33/2003 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material,

and the decision of the states parties to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material at the diplomatic conference held during the period 4-8 July 2005 to amend the convention,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of accession for the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

and Royal Decree 95/2020 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Information and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Annex 2 attached to the aforementioned Royal Decree 95/2020 is hereby replaced with the attached annex.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
