We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Transportation,
and after perusal of the provisions of the Agreement signed Between Our Government and the Cable and Wireless Company on 27 January 1975,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following shall represent the government on the Board of Directors of Oman Telecommunications Company in accordance with article 2(f) of the agreement signed with the Cable and Wireless Company:
1. Engineer Abdulhafidh Salim Rajab, Minister of Transportation Chairman of the board of directors of the company
2. Salim bin Nasser Al-Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation Member of the board of directors of the company
3. Noor Mohammed, Director of the Post, Telegraph, and Telephone Department Member of the board of directors of the company
4. Engineer Naashiah Saud Al-Kharusi
Article 2
All those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.

In pursuance of public interest and in Our keenness to fully preserve the water resources of the Sultanate in order to utilise these resources for development purposes,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
A council named the Water Resources Council is hereby formed as follows:
Minister of Agriculture, Oil, and Minerals Chairman
Minister of Transportation Member
Minister of Interior Member
Article 2
The Water Resources Council shall provide consultancy services to the Development Council in all matters relating to water resources in the Sultanate.
Article 3
Those concerned shall implement this decree from its date, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 16/74 Establishing the Oman Port Services Company SAO,
and after perusal of article three(a) of Royal Decree 41/75,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Yousuf Al-Alawi Abdullah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Port Services Company.
Article 2
The following are hereby appointed members of the board of directors of the mentioned company:
1. Mohammed Ridha Moosa – Undersecretary of Financial Affairs.
2. Felix Desilva – Inspector General of Police and Customs.
3. Maher Salim Al-Alawi – Director of Employee Affairs at the Ministry of Transportation.
4. Kamal Abdulredha.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of article 10 of the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sheikh Musallam bin Ali bin Salim Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed to the grade of Ambassador in the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on 1 September 1975, and must be published in the Official Gazette.
