We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing Omani Nationality promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to those named in the attached list, from the date stated next to each name.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Public Authorities and Establishments System promulgated by Royal Decree 116/91,

the Civil Aviation Law promulgated by Royal Decree 93/2004,

and Royal Decree 33/2012 Establishing the Public Authority for Civil Aviation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The attached system shall apply in regard to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation.

Article II

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation shall issue the necessary regulations and decisions to implement the provisions of the attached system, and until these regulations and decisions are issued, the laws and systems applicable to the units of the administrative apparatus of the state shall apply in regard to matters not governed by a special text in this system to the degree that they do not contradict with its provisions.

Article III

All that is contrary to this system, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and after presentation to Majlis Al-Shura,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the aforementioned agreement is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Supplementary Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of South Africa for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, with Protocol signed in Muscat on 19 Dhu Al-Hijja 1432, corresponding to 15 November 2011,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned supplementary protocol is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
