Based on the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 75/2020,

Royal Decree 106/2020 Establishing the Environment Authority, Determining Its Mandates, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and the approval of the Council of Ministers and the competent entities,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The Organisational Structure of the Environment Authority is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
