after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75, Decree 13/76 amending it, and Decrees 41/74, 53/74, and 19/76 Establishing the Development Council,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following directorates general are hereby established at the Technical Secretariat of the Development Council:
(a) Directorate General of National Statistics.
(b) Directorate General of Planning and Follow-up.
Article 2
All directorates subordinate to the Technical Secretariat of the Development Council are hereby organised within the established directorates general and in accordance with the Organisational Structure annexed to this decree.
Article 3
All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.
Article 4
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
