We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law,
and Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Statute of the Officers of the Diwan of Protocol,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Mustahil bin Ahmed Al-Maashni is hereby transferred from the Diwan of Protocol and appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Royal Diwan Affairs.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
