We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 35/78 Authorising the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs to Sign on Our Behalf the Agreement on the Development of Economic and Industrial Cooperation between Our Government and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany,

and after perusal of the texts of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 25 November 1978,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement on the Development of Economic and Industrial Cooperation between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This agreement hereby enters into force in accordance with the text of article 8(1) of it.

Article 3

The government entities in the Sultanate shall, each within its mandate, implement the provisions of the mentioned agreement.

Article 4

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of article 64 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Counsellor Ibrahim Hamoud Al-Subhi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the People’s Republic of China.

Article 2

Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 52/75 Regarding the Tender Statute of 1975,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Tender Committee in Salalah is hereby authorised to exercise all the mandates and powers of the Tender Board in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Royal Decree 52/75, with the exception of the provisions of article 4(4) and (7) of it, in relation to tenders for projects implemented in Salalah and whose value does not exceed three million Rial Omani.

Article 2

The Salalah Tender Committee shall refer all project tenders whose value exceeds the amount specified in the previous article to the Tender Board to take action in respect of them, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Decree 52/75.

Article 3

The Chairman of the Tender Board and the Chairman of the Tender Committee in Salalah shall each take the necessary measures to implement this decree.

Article 4

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
