after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State, and Decree 13/76 amending it,

Royal Decree 48/76 Regarding the Signing of Foreign and Domestic Financial Transactions,

and the Loan Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Saudi Fund for Development as agent for the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the Administrative and Social Centres Project in the Southern Region signed on 20 July 1977,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Loan Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Saudi Fund for Development as agent for the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the Administrative and Social Centres Project in the Southern Region is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

and the Oil Purchase Agreement signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Gulf Oil Company on 9 February 1976,

and in order to achieve the public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals is hereby authorised the right to agree to repeal the text of article 13(1) of the mentioned Oil Purchase Agreement and replace it with the following text:

Article 13(1)

The Laws, regulations and orders of the Sultanate of Oman relating to the destination of crude oil from time to time in force, shall apply to Buyers with respect to the export of petroleum purchased hereunder.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We hereby declare the accession of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to the Florence Agreement on the Importation of Educational, Scientific and Cultural Materials.

Article 2

The competent entities shall implement this decree, each within its mandate, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.

after perusal of article 64 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,

and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Counsellor Mushtaq Abdullah Jaafar is hereby granted the title of Ambassador, and appointed Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Djibouti.

Article 2

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 November 1977, and must be published in the Official Gazette.
