We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/75,

based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Minister Plenipotentiary Ahmed Mohammed Al-Jamali is hereby promoted to the grade of ambassador.

Minister Plenipotentiary Ahmed Mohammed Al-Lamki is hereby promoted to the grade of ambassador.

Minister Plenipotentiary Hassan Mohammed Fadha is hereby promoted to the grade of ambassador.

Counsellor Bader bin Saud Al-Busaidi is hereby promoted to the grade of Minister Plenipotentiary.

Article 2

Those concerned shall implement this decree from the date of its issuance, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,

and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Education after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Three directorates general are hereby established in the Ministry of Education as follows:

1. The Directorate General of Technical Affairs.

2. The Directorate General of Educational Districts Affairs.

3. The Directorate General of Administrative and Financial Affairs.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
