We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the System for the Collection of Taxes, Fees, and Other Amounts Due to Units of the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 32/94,

the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree 29/2002,

the Penal Law issued by Royal Decree 7/2018,

the Bankruptcy Law issued by Royal Decree 53/2019,

the Securities Law issued by Royal Decree 46/2022,

and the Financial Law issued by Royal Decree 37/2025,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached Law on the Collection of State Entitlements hereby apply.

Article II

The Minister of Finance shall issue the executive regulation of the attached law and shall also issue the necessary regulations and decisions for implementing its provisions, and until they are issued, the existing regulations and decisions continue to operate to the degree that they do not contradict with its provisions.

Article III

The mentioned System for the Collection of Taxes, Fees, and Other Amounts Due to Units of the Administrative Apparatus of the State is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached law, or in conflict with its provisions.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

the Law Combating Human Trafficking issued by Royal Decree 126/2008,

and the Penal Law issued by Royal Decree 7/2018,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached Law Combating Human Trafficking hereby apply.

Article II

The mentioned Law Combating Human Trafficking is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached law or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Law Regulating Brokerage in Real Estate issued by Royal Decree 78/86,

the System for Apartments and Floors Ownership issued by Royal Decree 48/89,

the Real Estate Register System issued by Royal Decree 2/98,

the System for the Ownership of Real Estate in Integrated Tourism Complexes issued by Royal Decree 12/2006,

the Law on the Prohibition of the Ownership of Land and Real Estate by Non-Omanis in Certain Places issued by Royal Decree 29/2018,

the System of Escrow Account for Real Estate Development Projects issued by Royal Decree 30/2018,

and the Banking Law issued by Royal Decree 2/2025,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached Law Regulating Real Estate hereby apply.

Article II

The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning shall issue the executive regulation of the attached law within one year from the date of its entry into force, and shall also issue the necessary decisions for implementing its provisions. Until they are issued, the existing regulations and decisions continue to operate to the degree that they do not contradict with its provisions.

Article III

The mentioned Law Regulating Brokerage in Real Estate, the System of Apartments and Floors Ownership, and the System of Escrow Account for Real Estate Development Projects are hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached law or in conflict with its provisions.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force after 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of its publication.

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for the Establishment of a FAO Representation signed at the headquarters of the organization in the city of Rome on 28 June 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
