We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Royal Decree 67/2019 Creating the Position of Minister of State and Governor of Musandam and Amending Royal Decree 114/2011 Approving the Administrative Division of the Sultanate and Governing the Work of Governors,

the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

and the Governorates and Municipal Affairs System promulgated by Royal Decree 101/2020,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The organisational structure of the Governorate of Musandam is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
