We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

Royal Decree 24/2003 Establishing the Public Authority for Craft Industries,

Royal Decree 53/2003 Issuing the System of the Public Authority for Craft Industries and Approving Its Organisational Structure,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and Royal Decree 33/2010 on the Application of Some Laws to the Public Authority for Craft Industries,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Abdulwahab bin Nasser bin Rashid Al-Mandhari is hereby appointed Deputy to the Chairman of the Public Authority for Craft Industries with the special grade.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and Royal Decree 68/2012 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and Approving Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I 

Dr Saud bin Hamood bin Ahmed Al-Habsi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for Fisheries.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
