We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I 

A primary court is hereby established in the Wilayat of Amerat.

The seat and the scope of competence of the primary court shall be specified by a decision of the Chairman of the Council of Administrative Affairs for the Judiciary.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 October 2018.

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I 

Ambassador Sheikh Dr Ghazi bin Said bin Abdullah Al-Bahr Al-Rawas, Our ambassador to the Republic of France, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Portugal.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 124/2008 Establishing the Oman Human Rights Commission and Determining its Competences,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

The following are hereby appointed members to Oman Human Rights Commission, in their capacity as representatives of the bodies stipulated in article 1 of the annex attached to the aforementioned Royal Decree 124/2008, in the following manner:

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
