Categories Royal Decree Royal Decree 41/2018 Amending Annex 1 of Royal Decree 2/2008 Determing the Comptences of the Ministry of Oil and Gas and Adopting Its Organisational Structure Post author By admin Post date December 18, 2018 Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, Royal Decree 2/2008 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Oil and Gas and Adopting Its Organisational Structure, and Royal Decree 40/2018 Assigning Some Competences, and in pursuance of public interest, have decreed as follows Article I Annex 1 of the aforementioned Royal Decree 2/2008 is hereby replaced with the annex attached to this decree. Article II All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed. Article III This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
