Royal Decree 35/2016 Ratifying the Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Qatar in the Field of Security

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Qatar in the Field of Security signed in the city of Doha on 19 Rajab 1437, corresponding to 26 April 2016,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 26/75,

Royal Decree 6/99 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The level of the Endowments and Religious Affairs Administration in the Governorate of Dhofar in the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs is hereby upgraded to a directorate general named the “Directorate General of Endowments and Religious Affairs in Governorate of Dhofar”.
