We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and Royal Decree 31/2006 Issuing the System of the Oman Medical Specialty Board,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Dr Hilal bin Ali bin Hilal Al-Sabti is hereby appointed an executive president for the Oman Medical Specialty Board with the special grade.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Futaisi is hereby appointed an advisor in Sultan Qaboos University with the same grade and financial entitlements.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
