Royal Decree 82/2025 Granting Omani Nationality and Authorising the Duality of Omani Nationality and British Nationality

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Omani Nationality Law issued by Royal Decree 17/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Mansoor Jamal Malik is hereby granted Omani nationality and is hereby authorised to dually hold Omani nationality and British nationality.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
