We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps issued by Royal Decree 22/2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Ibrahim bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Muaini, Our ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.
Article II
Ambassador Sayyid Yarub bin Qahtan bin Nasser Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Omani Nationality Law issued by Royal Decree 17/2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Mansoor Jamal Malik is hereby granted Omani nationality and is hereby authorised to dually hold Omani nationality and British nationality.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
