Royal Decree 15/2014 Reinstating Omani Nationality

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing Omani Nationality promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to those named in the attached list, from the date stated next to each name.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Dr Khalid bin Said bin Salim Al-Jaradi, Our ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the:

– The Republic of Chile.

– The Republic of Peru.

Article II
