Royal Decree 41/2013 Appointing a Non-Resident Ambassador

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Yousuf bin Issa bin Ali Al-Zadjali, Our ambassador to the Russian Federation, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to:

– The Republic of Belarus.

– The Republic of Ukraine.

– The Republic of Moldova.

– The Republic of Armenia.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
