We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Those named in the attached list are hereby appointed judges to the Supreme Court.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 37/2013 Ratifying the Agreement for the Permanent Headquarters for the Fisheries Support Unit between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement for the Permanent Headquarters for the Fisheries Support Unit between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation signed in the city of Bangalore in the Republic of India on 19 Dhu A-Hijjah 1432 corresponding to 15 November 2011,

and after presentation to Majlis Al-Shura,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
