Royal Decree 73/2007 Establishing an Embassy for the Sultanate of Oman in the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law promulgated by Royal Decree 40/86,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

An embassy for the Sultanate of Oman is hereby established in the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows
