We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Telecommunications Law issued by Royal Decree 30/2002,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority is hereby formed as follows:
– His Excellency Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Khusaibi—Non-executive chairman
– Naashiah bint Saud bin Mohammed Al-Kharusiya—Executive member
– Mohsin bin Alawi bin Mohammed Al-Hafidh—Executive member
Article II
The term of membership is five years, renewable.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

A directorate general named the “Directorate General of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources for the Governorate of Buraimi” is hereby established in the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
