Categories Royal Decree Royal Decree 2/2008 Determining the Mandates of the Ministry of Oil and Gas and Adopting Its Organisational Structure Post author By admin Post date January 13, 2008 Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96, the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 26/75, and Royal Decree 71/98 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, and in pursuance of public interest, have decreed as follows Article I The mandates of the Ministry of Oil and Gas are hereby determined in accordance with the attached annex 1. Article II The Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Oil and Gas is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex 2. Article III All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed. Article IV This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
