We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association, the International Finance Corporation, and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Represented by the World Bank Group on the Establishment of an Office for Them in the Sultanate of Oman signed in Washington DC on 14 October 2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 18/2019 Promulgating the Commercial Companies Law,
The Resolution passed by the FSA 39/2025 issued on 16 October 2025, approving the prospectus of issuing unsecured, non-convertible bonds, redeemable after 7 years from the date of issuance NMWB, and to the approval of the allotment results at a size of OMR 4,000,000 divided into 4,000,000 bonds, at a value of OMR 1,000 per bond, and a coupon rate of 8% per annum,
And according to:
The recommendation of Market Operations Department,
It has been decided:
Article 1
The bonds shall be listed in the Bonds and Sukuk Market until Maturity date on 30 November 2032.
Article 2
This decision shall be effective as from Wednesday 3 December 2025.

Article I
The import of live animals with cloven hooves and their products, derivatives, and waste from Gauteng Province and KwaZulu-Natal Province in the Republic of South Africa, Lubombo Region in the Kingdom of Eswatini, Plateau Central Region and Centre Region in Burkina Faso, the Grande Comore Island in the Union of the Comoros, and the Ganja-Gazakh Region in the Republic of Azerbaijan is hereby banned, until the reason for the ban ceases and a decision is issued in this regard. Products, derivatives, and waste that are heat treated or processed in accordance with the Terrestrial Animals Health Code issued by the Office International des Epizooties (OIE)/the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) are excluded.Article II
The competent entities shall implement this decision, each in the fields of their mandates.Article III

and the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and Gulf Minerals Company LLC for Block 11-C signed on 12 August 2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned exploration and mining concession agreement is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
