have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law issued by Royal Decree 40/86 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Issa Al-Harthi, Our ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Poland and the Kingdom of Norway.

Article II

Ambassador Hunaina bint Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Mughairiya, Our ambassador to the United States of America, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the United Mexican States, the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the Republic of Argentina.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
