We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Oil and Minerals Law issued by Royal Decree 42/74,
the approval of the Minister of Oil and Gas to transfer all the rights and obligations of Anadarko Oil Exploration Company to Indago Oman Company,
the collection of documents by which Gulfstream Resources Company was renamed Anadarko Oil Exploration,
and the collection of documents by which Anadarko Oil Exploration Company transferred all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 26 July 1997 to Indago Oman Company, which accepts this transfer,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The transfer by Anadarko Oil Exploration Company of all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 26 July 1997 to Indago Oman Company is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law issued by Royal Decree 40/86 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Mohammed bin Said bin Mohammed Al-Lawati, Our ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Turkey for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income signed in Ankara on 3 Jumada Al-Awwal 1427, corresponding to 31 May 2006,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
