We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
A ministry for tourism is hereby established and Rajha bint Abdulamir bin Ali is hereby appointed its minister.
Article II
The mandates, allocations, and assets relating to tourism are transferred from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Tourism, and all employees working in tourism are transferred to it with their same employment status.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture is hereby approved.
Article II
Competent entities shall undertake the procedures for acceding to the treaty in accordance with its provisions.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
