We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to Hussain Jawad Mohammed Ali Abdulrasool, and he is hereby authorised to dually hold it with the Kuwaiti nationality.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 18 May 1998.
