We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing Omani Nationality issued by Royal Decree 3/83 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Omani nationality is hereby granted to:
1. Ralph Hinshelwood Daley.
2. Elizabeth Ann Daley.
They are hereby authorised to dually hold it with their original nationality.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 21 June 1988.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The text of article 2(1) of the mentioned Royal Decree 31/96 is hereby replaced with the following text:
1. Shares and bonds issued by Omani public joint stock companies.
Article II
Article 4 of the mentioned Royal Decree 31/96 is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 15 May 1996.
