We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Mohammed bin Salim bin Said Al-Shanfari—our ambassador to the State of Qatar—is hereby transferred to the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Statute of the Officers of the Diwan of Royal Court and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The services of Hussein bin Mohammed bin Ali is hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry and appointed an advisor in the Diwan of Royal Court.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
