We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sheikh Hamoud bin Abdullah Al-Harthy is hereby appointed Minister of Transport.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 January 1986.

and Royal Decree 84/81 Establishing the State Consultative Council and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Salim bin Nasser Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Chairman of the State Consultative Council.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 January 1986.
