We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

In exception to the provisions of article II of the mentioned Royal Decree 3/83, Omani nationality is hereby granted to the following:

1. Nashwa bint Mubarak bin Abdulrahman Al-Alawi.

2. Abdulraouf bin Mubarak bin Abdulrahman Al-Alawi.

3. Ahmed bin Mubarak bin Abdulrahman Al-Alawi.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 86/84 Issuing the Government Tender Law and Regulations,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

In exception to the provisions of article 2 of the mentioned Government Tender Law and Regulations, the Regions Development Committee shall, at the current stage, be responsible for all tenders and practices relating to the projects it implements and shall make final decisions on them through its internal Tender Committee.

Article 2

The committee shall comply with the procedures and systems stipulated in the Government Tender Law and Regulations and the regulations issued by the Tender Board.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
