Article II

Based on the Bankruptcy Law promulgated by Royal Decree 53/2019,

Royal Decree 97/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The fee for restructuring applications of the merchant debtor is hereby determined at 10 (ten) Rial Omani.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Based on the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

Royal Decree 76/2020 Establishing the University of Technology and Applied Sciences,

the System of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences promulgated by Royal Decree 47/2021,

and the approval of the Council of Ministers, the competent entities, and the Council of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The organisational structure of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation: Ministerial Decision 34/2023 Making Some Amendments to the Governance Regulation of the Unified Admission System

Arabic Based on Royal Decree 104/2005 Establishing the Unified Admission Center, Royal Decree 98/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Higher Education to the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure, and the Governance Regulation for the Unified Admission System issued by Ministerial Decision 65/2017, and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The definition of “student guide” provided in article 1 of the aforementioned Governance Regulation for the Unified Admission System is hereby replaced with the following definition:

Student guide:

A publication issued by the centre every academic year to introduce the registration and admission system and the programmes made available by the institutes and that governs the mechanisms, controls, and deadlines for registration, admission, and grievance.

Article II

A new article numbered 2bis is hereby added to the aforementioned Governance Regulation for the Unified Admission System with the following text:

Article 2bis

The student shall adhere to the student guide during the registration and admission on the unified admission system.

Article III

and Ministerial Decision 222/2022 Naming the Members of the Municipal Councils for the Third Term,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Hinai hereby replaces Saif bin Said bin Majid Al-Mamari in the membership of the Municipal Council of the Governorate of Batinah South.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Based on the Law of Veterinary Medicines promulgated by Royal Decree 34/2017,

the Executive Regulation of the Law of Veterinary Medicines issued by Ministerial Decision 60/2023,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

Fees are hereby imposed for licensing and registering veterinary medicines and veterinary medicines companies, factories, and warehouses in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Royal Decree 93/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Housing to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

the Governance Regulation of Land Planning Controls issued by Ministerial Decision 53/2013,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the Governance Regulation for Providing Some of the Services of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning through Engineering Offices and Engineering Consultancy Offices shall apply.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
