We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Omani Nationality Law issued by Royal Decree 17/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby granted to those named in the attached list.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and Royal Decree 57/2022 Reorganising the Oman Human Rights Commission,

and Royal Decree 76/2023 Appointing Members to the Oman Human Rights Commission,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Statute of the Oman Human Rights Commission attached to the mentioned Royal Decree 57/2022 is hereby replaced with the attached statute.

Article II

The membership of the members of the Oman Human Rights Commission pursuant to the mentioned Royal Decree 76/2023 hereby continues until it is recomposed in accordance with the attached statute.

Article III

All that is contrary to the attached statute, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Establishment of a Joint Committee for Cooperation and Investment,

signed in the city of Minsk on 19 May 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached National Geospatial Data and Information Law shall apply.

Article II

The Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs shall issue the executive regulation of the attached law, and shall also issue the decisions necessary to implement its provisions, and until they are issued, the existing regulations and decisions continue to operate provided that they do not conflict with the provisions of the attached law.

Article III

Addressees of the provisions of the attached law must rectify their status in accordance with its provisions within 6 (six) months from the date of its entry into force.

Article IV

All that is contrary to the attached law, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article V

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

and the Air Services Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Zambia signed in the city of Punta Cana on 11 November 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 10/94 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Labour Organization,

and the Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organization of 1986,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organization of 1986 is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification of the mentioned instrument in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
