We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 3 of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Decree 13/76 amending it,
and after perusal of the Agreement of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation signed on 14 April 1976 at the headquarters of the Secretariat General of the League of Arab States in Cairo,
hereby decides as follows
Article I
The Agreement of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation attached to this decree and signed at the headquarters of the Secretariat General of the League of Arab States in Cairo on 14 Rabi Al-Akhir 1396, corresponding to 14 April 1976 by the Arab Ministers of Communications and the annex attached to it are hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and is considered in force as of the date of its publication.
