We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 97/97,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Abdullah bin Shaaban bin Mohammed Al-Farsi is hereby appointed Head of Administration and Finance Affairs in the Diwan of Royal Court with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III
