We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing Omani Nationality promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Abir Duraid Muhammad Hasan Al-Lahham is hereby authorised to dually hold Omani nationality with Syrian nationality as of 5 September 2006.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.

and the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law promulgated by Royal Decree 40/86,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Khalid bin Suleiman bin Abdulrahman Baomar, Our ambassador to the Republic of South Africa, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Mozambique.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 90/2007 Establishing the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs,
Royal Decree 91/2007 Establishing the Ministry of Fisheries,
and Royal Decree 93/2007 Amending the Names of Some Ministries,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The following titles of undersecretaries are hereby amended to the titles assigned to each of them:
1. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for Agriculture and Livestock: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture.
2. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for Fisheries: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Fisheries.
3. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources for Environmental Affairs: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs.
Article II
All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of the issuance of the mentioned Royal Decree 93/2007.
