Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004, and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Al-Rahbi is hereby transferred to the Foreign Ministry with his same grade and financial entitlements.

Article II

Issa bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Azri is hereby appointed Secretary General of the Supreme Judicial Council with his same grade and financial entitlements.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit promulgated by Royal Decree 64/78,

the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

Royal Decree 93/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Housing to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

the System of Governorates promulgated by Royal Decree 36/2022,

and Royal Decree 37/2022 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Interior and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

All competences, allocations, assets, rights, obligations, and holdings relating to the inventory and valuation of property are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning from the Ministry of Interior.

Article II

The employees competent with inventorying and valuing property are hereby transferred from the Ministry of Interior to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning with their same financial grades.

Article III

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article IV

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
