We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 7/93 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement on Trade and Economic, Technical, and Scientific Cooperation Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Turkey,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 2 Sha’ban 1416, corresponding to 24 December 1995,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Trade and Economic, Technical, and Scientific Cooperation Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Turkey is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Agreement Relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization “INTELSAT” and its operating agreement,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The amendment of article 17 of the INTELSAT agreement is hereby ratified as approved by the assembly of parties in Venezuela in November 1994.

Article II

The amendment of articles 6 and 22 of the operating agreement is hereby ratified as approved by the assembly of signatories in Singapore in April 1995.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the petroleum agreement between the Government of the Sultanate and a group of companies, Elf Petroleum Oman, Sumitomo Petroleum Development Company Limited, and Wintershall AG, signed on 9 December 1995 between the Minister of Oil and Minerals representing the Government of the Sultanate and the mentioned companies,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 9 December 1995 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the group of companies Elf Petroleum Oman, Sumitomo Petroleum Development Company Limited, and Wintershall AG is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
