We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Minister of Heritage and Culture is hereby delegated to sign the Cultural Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Korea.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling, and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction, signed at the United Nations headquarters on 2 February 1993,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The signature by the permanent representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling, and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law, the pharmacist Abdulhussein bin Jaafar bin Sulaiman—Director General of Pharmacy and Drug Control at the Ministry of Health—is hereby transferred to the special grade.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
